The only inclusion we will send back is Ash. All others will be held on file for a year after the purchase date in case you'd like an additional item.

I really wanted to love this because of the sentimental value but I just don't. The two strands are constantly twisted so that the bezels are either on top of each other or side by side. I had someone else wear it to see if I just move in a way that makes this happen but they experienced the same thing throughout the day. It seems like a poor design and it's upsetting to have spent so much on a piece that is annoying to wear. I gave it two stars because the breast milk inclusion looks as expected.

To clarify, the first layer is 16 inches, the second layer is 17 inches, and there’s a 1-inch adjustable extender for added flexibility. Our designs are customizable, and we’re more than happy to adjust the lengths to suit your preferences prior to order placement, as we aim to create the perfect fit for each customer.
Every mama has a different neck circumference. We believe the length is too short which is causing the bunching. We think you may find a chain extender helpful in achieving the look you’re after.
