The only inclusion we will send back is Ash. All others will be held on file for a year after the purchase date in case you'd like an additional item.

    Beautiful Ring but disappointing quality

    Ring is beautiful but turned my finger green after two days of wearing it, even though I took it off for showers, washing my hands, etc. Expected more out of a $1,000+ ring. Thankful to have preserved something from a sweet time with my son but disappointed in the quality

    Hi Sidney! I’m so sorry to hear that. We spoke to our jeweler and she mentioned it’s the invisible residue from the soldering that was on the shank. I am happy to send you a jewelry polishing cloth to remove that residue and that should solve the issue. If it doesn’t, we are happy to send you a label to repair it for you.
